Dave Miller is a Los Angeles–based television director whose work spans more than sixty seasons of unscripted programming across major network franchises. Over the past twenty-five years, he has contributed to some of the most recognizable reality and competition formats on American TV, including The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, The Golden Bachelor, Below Deck, Undercover Boss, and Black Ink Crew, working across ABC, Bravo, CBS, NBC, MTV, VH1, TLC, and Food Network.
Equally comfortable on large-scale, high-budget network productions and much smaller social-first and cable formats, Dave’s career has taken him around the world, directing in more than thirty countries and almost every US state. That range informs a calm, problem-solving approach on set and a strong instinct for designing cinematic coverage at any scale, in any environment.
Miller began his career as a camera operator, a foundation that continues to shape his visual planning and on-the-ground decision making. He directs with a collaborative, adaptable style, balancing preparation with the flexibility that reality demands.
Dave lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son, who regularly reminds him that he is, in fact, terrible at Fortnite.
